Why we are looking for Production Employees:

The Dutch Games Factory has a high and a low season. The high season is just around the corner and for this reason we are looking for production employees who can be deployed flexibly, but who want to be in control of which day they want to work. You can indicate when you are not available via a planning tool and our planners will schedule you for a day when you are available.

What exactly does the position of Production Worker look like:

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the game or puzzle boxes are filled on the assembly line. Think of puzzles, pawns, playing cards, game explanation and the board game, but also the frame in which all parts are neatly tidy. Once the game or puzzle boxes are filled, you help with various tasks until the machine operator has correctly set up his machine for the next game.
